Tower Suites is an intimate, all-suite property, and every guest is welcomed and checked in personally.

On arrival, please notify reception, and a member of our team will meet you on the ground floor to accompany you up to the hotel on the 20th floor. Reception is open every day from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with a 24-hour remote reception available to help with questions and assistance after this time.

Guests arriving after hours will receive all the necessary arrival information in advance, and can notify the remote reception on arrival to have a receptionist meet them and assist with check-in.

Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability on the day. If your suite is not yet ready, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us and explore the neighbourhood while it is prepared. For guaranteed early check-in, we recommend booking your suite from the night prior to your arrival.

Cancellation and modification terms depend on the conditions under which your reservation was made. Prepaid, non-refundable reservations cannot be modified or cancelled, and no refund is issued in the event of a no-show. Flexible reservations made through a third-party booking source should be modified or cancelled through that same channel. There are eight suites in total, each with floor-to-ceiling windows, complimentary mini-bar, Nespresso machine, toletries by Angan, flat screen TV. The hotel is situated only on the 20th floor with the suites overlooking different sides of Reykjavik and offering unique views of the city. The rooms differ by size and views. Several suites interconnect on request.

Breakfast is included with every reservation and delivered directly to the suite at guests chosen time between 7-10 am. We offer a menu where guests can arrange their preferred delivery time and prefered menu choices as well as special requests in advance or during their stay.

All eight suites sit on the 20th floor, giving every guest panoramic views over Reykjavík and the surrounding mountains that shift with the changing light and weather.

Reception can assist with all recommendations and travel arrangements prior to guests arrival as well as during their stay. There is a Sky Lounge honesty bar offering spirits, wine, champagne and more. Guest can request to have yoga mats in their room. For an additional fee the hotel can arrange for a private chauffeur for airport transfers as well as tours.

There is no full-service restaurant on the hotel floor; the Sky Lounge offers an honesty bar with city views. There is a restaurants on the ground floor of the building, and central Reykjavík including Laugavegur, about a ten-minute walk away offers many options.

Yes, there is paid public parking in front of the hotel and in the surrounding streets. Most convenient parking is right in front of the building on Katrinartun 2, which is in zone P4.

Keflavík Airport is roughly 50 km away, about a 40–45 minute drive.

Guests can take the Flybus or another shuttle into central Reykjavík and choose a direct hotel drop off, which takes you to the nearest bus stop from the hotel. Book a direct airport taxi, hire a car, or arrange a private chauffeur transfer through the hotel for an additional fee.

Within walking distance: Höfði House, Hallgrímskirkja church, the old harbour, and museums such as Kjarvalsstaðir and the Einar Jónsson Museum. Laugavegur shopping street is about a ten-minute walk away. Sky Lagoon is a popular stop for guests en route to or from the hotel.

Yes, Tower Suites is entirely smoke-free, including all suites and indoor common areas.

Children of all ages are welcome. Cribs can be arranged on request, subject to availability and suite type. Children above the age of 2 are counted in the room occupancy.

The building has lift access to the 20th floor and accessible parking. Guests with specific accessibility needs are encouraged to contact us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

Tipping is not expected in Iceland, as service charges are included in listed prices. Any gratuity for particularly attentive service is always appreciated but entirely optional.
