Your room will be ready from 3:00 PM.

If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to store your luggage in our luggage room, available from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Early check-in is not available; if you would like access to your room before 3:00 PM, we recommend reserving it from the night before your arrival.

Arriving late is no issue, as you can access your room at any time after 3:00 PM using the access code sent to you by email.

Two days before arrival, you will receive an access code by email for your room, the front door, the luggage room, and the parking garage.

The minimum age to check in is 18 years old.

Cancellation and modification terms depend on the conditions under which your reservation was made. Prepaid, non-refundable reservations cannot be modified or cancelled, and no refund is issued in the event of a no-show. Flexible reservations made through a third-party booking source should be modified or cancelled through that same channel. If you select ODDSSON Midtown as your tour pick-up location, the tour bus will pick you up directly in front of the hotel 30 minutes before the tour.

We offer 16 on-site parking spaces on a first-come, first-served basis, along with additional free street parking in the area.

Please note that some nearby lots are private, so avoid parking there to prevent towing. If our spaces are full, paid parking is available around 300 m away at Skeifan 13 (not affiliated with the hotel).

Several bus routes run between the hotel and the city centre, including routes 2, 6, 14, 15 and 18, depending on your starting stop and destination. You can plan your journey and buy tickets on the Klappið app or at straeto.is/en.
