We are a non-smoking and non-vaping property. Smoking or vaping anywhere inside the property is strictly prohibited and will incur a fine of EUR 300.

Cancellation and modification terms depend on the conditions under which your reservation was made. Prepaid, non-refundable reservations cannot be modified or cancelled, and no refund is issued in the event of a no-show. Flexible reservations made through a third-party booking source should be modified or cancelled through that same channel. We offer self check-in via email access codes. Our off-site reception is available 24/7 by phone at +354 620 1180 or email at info@oddssondowntown.is.

Two days before arrival, you will receive an access code by email for the front door and your room.

Your room will be ready from 3:00 PM.

If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to store your luggage in our luggage room, available from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Early check-in is not available; if you would like access to your room before 3:00 PM, we recommend reserving it from the night before your arrival.

Arriving late is no issue, as you can access your room at any time after 3:00 PM using the access code sent to you by email.
