Location was nice—close to sites, but a couple streets off the main avenue, so a little quieter for sleeping. Breakfast could not have been better or more generous. It included hardboiled eggs, yogurt, meat and cheese, fruit, and veggies delivered the day before then fresh bread delivered in the morning!! Room was nicely appointed and included everything you could possibly need for the breakfast including Nespresso machine, tea kettle, toaster, and microwave. Front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. Definitely make a stop at the Port9 wine bar associated with the hotel as well.

Reykjavik Residence Apartment Hotel was incredible. The Apartment was in the middle of everything we wanted to do in downtown Reykjavik. We could walk to many of the locations on our list within minutes. The staff helped us with everything from securing drivers to and from the airport, to easy check-in after a long flight to notifying us when our lost luggage arrived at the front desk. Great location. Great staff. Would definitely stay here again.

An exceptional experience! Our apartment was spacious, clean and modern. The location can’t be beat in Reykjavik. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We stayed for 3 nights and traveled with a rental car to the Golden Circle and the south coast. Definitely a good “home base”. Relatively easy to find parking. A supermarket is a block away- which was helpful given the incredibly high prices at restaurants. Highly recommend!

This was our last stay in Iceland following an 11 day epic Ring Road adventure. The room was well stocked with the essentials, quiet and clean. The location was excellent for exploring the city on foot. Brikk bakery in the ground floor was an added bonus.

Great stay. Clean, nicely decorated, on the bus line, and has an excellent breakfast buffet. In the evening, you can purchase a small, but nice, assortment of drinks along with two kinds of soup with bread and coffee. It was nice after a long day of traveling to be able to get a meal and a few drinks without having to go anywhere.

This is a clean and comfortable hotel within the shopping/business district of Kopavogur. Nice location if you are about to exit Iceland or if you don’t want to deal with tight parking enforcement of downtown Reykjavik. Terrific breakfast too!!

The location of the hotel was great, a good balance between getting downtown and getting out to the natural sites. About a 10-15 min drive to downtown and 5 minutes to get onto the highway out of town. Breakfast was included which is awesome considering the cost of everything in Iceland, it had more then enough options to keep everyone happy including my picky kids. The place is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. You are super close to anything you might need. I would recommend this to anyone.

Staff fabulous, comfortable beds, great shower. Close to the bus to take you into central Rekjavik. Breakfast included and on the two days we were too early for breakfast they gave us a takeaway breakfast. We booked Flybus to take us from the airport to hotel and back which was easy to navigate.

Our room was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed. What impressed us most was the hospitality: the staff were genuinely welcoming, attentive and eager to help. As we had to leave before breakfast on our final morning, they kindly offered to prepare breakfast for us to take away. That small gesture said a great deal about the level of care they give their guests. We felt very well looked after and would gladly stay here again.

Self-check-in was very convenient, and the location was very good. Easy access to the central town area and within walking distance to the food court and other restaurants. The kitchen was quite adequate. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Also, parking is available in the back of the building and in the front. Overall, very good. Spent two nights.

It was nice to not have to really check in. You just get an email with the key code and you go on in to your room. Super smooth. And the location, parking, quality of room were unbeatable for the price. The little kitchenette was also very well appointed with dished, cutlery, larger trash cans, a cook top, and dishwasher. I wish there were more hotels like this around.

The location of the hotel was ideal for us, but we traveled by car. The room was spacious, with high ceilings, very clean and well maintained. We had a corner room with windows on two sides, so we really appreciated the thick blackout curtains. The kitchenette was a great addition, especially for longer stays. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. We also enjoyed making our own waffles, which was a fun touch. The entire check-in process was code based, so we had very little interaction with the staff.

Huge comfortable lobby with couches and hassocks to relax on while waiting for an early checkin. We arrived 5 hr early. Large breakfast with many choices. The manager was very helpful, especially helping us book a shuttle bus to KEF airport the next morning. The Flybus stops at this hotel.

The building I stayed in was regal, but I didn't expect such a huge room, with a bar, tub, and kitchen included. It was exceedingly clean, well appointed, the blackout curtains very effective, quiet, stylish, and the bed super comfortable. Would absolutely stay again.

The staff were very present and helpful. The room was spacious, modern, clean and functional. The hotel was well positioned especially for those with their own vehicles to get to the surrounding tourist areas avoiding the city traffic. The hotel has plenty of free guest parking and ready access to local take outs for evening convenience meals Parking in town when it is needed by tourists is easy and fairly cheap. The breakfasts were excellent with a full fresh Continental spread. Overall we were very impressed and would definitely use again.

Amazing location, at the very center of the city, close to the Hallgrimskirkja, the harbour and just at the main shopping street. The building is lovely and the staff is helpful. The breakfast basket and the freshly delivered bread (and sliced!) bread was outstanding.

Great location with free parking. Walkable to downtown Reykjavik with a bakery in the same building, which is convenient if you’re in a rush to get breakfast early in the morning. Self check in and check out was seamless and staff promptly responded to questions via Whatsapp anytime. Room had a great layout and design with enough space for us.

The hotel was super clean, with everything one needs. Even though the check in and check out is contactless, the staff were present and very helpful. On the other hand, the place is close to many restaurants around, supermarkets or shops around as well. The breakfast was super - all you need for a start of the day. Coffee - super! It is located not in the center but has great options for public transport. Parking is possibilities close and free. Also, good and precise pickup to and from the airport - the buses stop by the hotel The communication with the hotel was super thorough and easy. It offered lots of options to travel around. Very thorough and informative recommendations. All in all, I highly recommend it :-)

Location is excellent for centre Reykjavik. Staff are amazing - days shift and night shift. Super kind, responsive, would go beyond their tasks to help. Actually they were the best part of our stay :-) The apartments are very cosy, well equipped and clean. The daily breakfast basket with milk and juice was absolutely great. We appreciated very much our breakfasts. If I am in Reykjavik again, I would re-book.

We has the family suite - really well equipped, beautifully furnished, great space and a lovely breakfast basket each day placed in the fridge and fresh bread each morning. We could sit and enjoy our breakfast when we wanted which was really nice. Great Nespresso machine too!

The room was very spacious & clean with all the equipment we needed. For those that it would matter too the room had a cooker, fridge, coffee machine and dishwasher. The shower was lovely and warm as was the room. Great location less than a slow 5 min walk to water front of downtown.
