Tower Suites Reykjavík: Eight Suites with a View on the 20th Floor
‍

Tower Suites Reykjavík has eight suites on the 20th floor of the Höfðatorg tower at Katrínartún 2, one of the highest viewpoints in the city. Every suite looks out over Reykjavík, the ocean or the mountains, and breakfast is brought to your suite at the time you choose.

The View from the 20th Floor
‍

From the 20th floor, the view runs from the city skyline and the ocean to the mountains around Reykjavík. Each suite is named after the mountain it faces: Esja and Akrafjall to the north, Hengill, Skálafell and Vífilsfell to the east, Keilir and Bláfjöll to the south, and Snæfellsjökull to the west. Every suite has floor-to-ceiling windows, so you can follow the weather and light as they change through the day.

The Suites at Tower Suites Reykjavík

The eight suites range from 45m² to 65m². Five are 45m², and three of those have a freestanding bathtub. The three corner suites, Esja, Akrafjall and Bláfjöll, are between 58m² and 65m², each with a freestanding bathtub and room for an extra bed for a child aged 12 or under.

In the suites you will find a king-size bed that can be set up as twin beds, a walk-in dressing room, original Nordic design furniture, a TV with a Bluetooth sound bar, a Nespresso machine with complimentary coffee, a safe and free high-speed WiFi. Bathrooms have URÐ herbal toiletries, bathrobes and slippers. All suites are non-smoking.

Connecting Suites, Wings and the Whole Floor

Several suites connect, so families and small groups can stay side by side. Keilir and Bláfjöll connect and sleep up to 7 guests, and Hengill and Skálafell connect and sleep up to 6. For larger groups, the South Wing takes up to 10 guests, the North Wing up to 17, and the whole floor up to 27.

Breakfast in Your Suite and Other Services

Breakfast is complimentary and delivered to your suite at the time you choose, with pastries, bread, cold meats, cheese and fresh fruit and vegetables. Our concierge can suggest restaurants, tours and places to visit. In the Sky Lounge, an honesty bar lets you mix your own drinks, from classic cocktails and mocktails to wine and champagne.

A yoga mat is available from reception, and an in-room Swedish or deep tissue massage can be arranged with a professional masseuse. For your arrival, a private chauffeur can meet you at the airport, help with your luggage and drive you to the hotel, for an additional fee.

Reception is staffed during the day and into the evening, and our team can be reached by phone around the clock. Housekeeping is daily. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am.

Location: Höfðatorg, by the Shore

The tower stands close to the shore in Höfðatorg, a short walk from the city centre. Höfði, the house where Reagan and Gorbachev met for the Reykjavík Summit in 1986, is a few steps away. Follow the shoreline path west to reach Harpa Concert Hall, and from there the harbour, City Hall, Laugavegur and Hallgrímskirkja are all within walking distance.
